Petersfield Bowling and Snooker Club was formed in 1908 and has celebrated its centenary in 2008.
The current membership is 212 with a mix of ages.
Snooker is played on two very good quality tables that are kept to a very high standard
Four teams play in the Midhurst Snooker league through the autumn and winter.
Bowls is played from end of April through to September. We have 4 rinks and matches usually at weekends in the afternoon in addition to to regular Three Counties leagues where two teams are operating on every Tuesday evening.
Rinks are available for casual play most mornings and afternoons - and are booked by entry in the rink diary.
Coaching can be arranged through the bowls sub committee.
For both sports - the kitchen supports matches with cold buffets and tea or coffee.
The licensed bar is usually open for lunchtimes throughout the year from 12 to 2pm. The evenings are also open for business usually from 7pm.
Membership is open for application - forms available from the bar steward. There is no joining fee.
Annual membership fee is only £ 30 for adults
£ 5 for juniors ( under 16)
£ 15 for country members
